If you’d like to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below:
Return Policy
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- We offer store credit only for eligible returns.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Complimentary return shipping labels are provided for eligible domestic returns.
- International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.
- We do not accept returns on final sale items.
Defective or Damaged Items
We always want your Redono experience to be perfect. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please reach out right away — we’ll gladly offer a full refund or replacement.
